What it does
- Farm setup: define farm sites, blocks, greenhouses or field sections, register crop varieties and planting cycles, and set units of measure (stems, bunches, kilograms).
- Season planning: production plans with expected planting dates, harvest windows and target yields, used as benchmarks against actual production.
- Daily production: enter harvested quantities by block or greenhouse, variety and grade, record rejections or wastage, and supervisors can review and lock entries at end of day.
- Packhouse and dispatch: link sorting and dispatch records to production for traceability from field to shipment, with batch or consignment numbers for export documentation.
- Labour: record daily gang or individual assignments by activity (planting, harvesting, spraying), track piece-rate or time-based work for payroll export to Nano Pay where integrated, and review labour cost per unit produced.
- Inputs and inventory: register fertilisers, chemicals and packaging, issue stock to blocks or activities, monitor stock levels and reorder points, and generate spray or application records for compliance.
- Reports: daily production summary, plan vs actual, labour productivity, input usage, export dispatch.
- User roles: data entry, supervisor, and read-only management.
- Flower details: flower varieties with their VBN codes, grading by stem length in the grading hall, box labels and picklists, and an End of Day close that locks the day's harvest, rejects and stock.
